Does it really understand Gulf and Levantine Arabic?
Yes. It understands Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic, Arabizi (Arabic written with Latin letters and numbers), and messages that mix Arabic and English. It replies in the same style the customer uses. Try it in the demo above.
How long does setup take?
About 7 days for a website or WhatsApp agent: we collect your services, prices and FAQs, train and test the agent with you, connect WhatsApp, then go live. Private AI takes about 2 weeks; on-prem 3–5 weeks including hardware.
Can a human take over the conversation?
Always. Your team sees every conversation in a shared inbox and can jump in at any moment. The agent also hands off by itself when a customer asks for a person, is upset, or asks something it can't answer.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The agent only answers from the information you approve and says "let me check with the team" instead of guessing. We review conversations every month, fix gaps and update its knowledge. You can correct any answer at any time.
Where is my data stored?
With cloud AI, messages are processed by the AI provider under a no-training agreement. With Private AI, everything runs on a dedicated server we manage in the EU, or on hardware inside your office — your data is never sent to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
You can use your existing business number or a new one. It moves to the official WhatsApp Business API (the app on that number stops working), so many clients choose a new number for the agent and keep their personal app separate. We handle the setup.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. The setup fee covers building and training your agent.
