In short
ziai is a small AI studio based in Paphos, Cyprus. We build AI agents that talk to customers in Arabic and English, and private AI systems for businesses that can't send their data to big AI companies.
Why we started
Businesses in Cyprus and the Gulf run on WhatsApp. Customers write in Gulf Arabic, Levantine, English, or all three in one message — and most AI tools were built for English first. We build for Arabic first.
How we work
- Demo first. You see the agent working with your own information before you pay.
- Honest scope. We tell you what AI can and can't do for your business, and we don't sell what you don't need.
- Local. We're in Cyprus, we meet in person, and we answer on WhatsApp.
- Privacy by design. When your data is sensitive, it stays on a private model — hosted in the EU or in your own office.
