Pricing FAQ
Is my data private?
Cloud plans use AI providers under enterprise terms that forbid training on your data. If that isn't enough — for patient files, contracts or financials — choose Private AI Hosted (dedicated EU GPU) or On-Prem (inside your office).
Which languages are included?
Arabic (Gulf, Levantine, Egyptian, MSA, Arabizi) and English are included in every plan. Greek, Russian, French or Hebrew can be added as an add-on.
How fast is setup?
Website chat: 3–5 days. WhatsApp agent: about 7 days (Meta's number verification can add a day or two). Private hosted: about 2 weeks. On-prem: 3–5 weeks including hardware delivery.
Can a human take over?
Yes, at any time, from a shared inbox on your phone or computer. The agent hands off automatically when needed and tells the customer a person is joining.
What if the AI is wrong?
It answers only from your approved information and escalates when unsure. You can edit its knowledge any time, and we review conversations monthly. We never let it quote prices or promises you haven't approved.
How long is the contract?
There's no minimum term on monthly plans. On-prem projects have a project agreement for the installation, then month-to-month maintenance.
How do I cancel?
Send us a message with 30 days' notice. We export your conversation history and knowledge base for you, and delete your data from our systems.
What's not included in the price?
WhatsApp's own per-conversation fees (billed by Meta at cost), hardware for on-prem, and third-party software licences you choose (e.g. a paid booking system). Everything else is in the quote.
Can I pay a deposit to start?
Yes. After we agree the quote, you can pay the setup deposit online by card, and we start the same week.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Cyprus VAT applies to Cyprus clients; reverse-charge rules apply to eligible EU businesses. Gulf clients are invoiced without Cyprus VAT.
